CANNOLI PIE RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

1 (15 oz) tub Ricotta cheese
1/4 cup maraschino cherries
1/4 cup almonds, chopped
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
1 (9 inch) chocolate graham cracker pie crust
whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl beat the ricotta cheese and powdered sugar with
an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the cherries, almonds and chocolate chips by hand.

2. Spoon into pie crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours

3. Remove from refrigerator and cut in serving size pieces

4. Top with whipped cream and serve.

Cover and store any leftovers in refrigerator.

Yield: 8 Servings
